Steve Webb kicks the meeting off at 7:08pm

Officers Reports: Jay Jordan motions for meeting minutes to be approved, Ed Goff seconds with no opposing, motion passed.  Diana Tomchick reports that we have $835.15, we spent $100.00 for the NSS BOG Meeting party.  Librarian, Bill Steele states that Steve returned his book, but that Amethyst, Natasha, and Peyton have books out;  Charles Goldsmith donated Deep Secrets to the library.  Quartermaster,  Bill brought in our entire inventory of items, 2 cable ladders and our surveying gear.  Ed Goff, our Vice Chair  to show an Italian Cave Video for tonight and next month Bill will be giving a report about this years NSS convention.

Old business:  T-shirts, we had voted back in July to spend $400 to buy t-shirts.

Announcements:  Highway cleanup at our adopt-a-highway project, which is 12 miles north of SH121 on Preston Rd / TX Hwy 289.   29th of October,  another on Nov 19th, start at 10:30am - afterwards we'll perhaps have a get together at Jay's house, rope climbing and BBQ. Natasha has volunteered to host the Holiday party.  She was warned.
