Officers Report: Glen Goldsmith motions to approve meeting minutes, Mark Gee, 2nd's, no opposition. Quartermaster, Bill Steele reports that no changes have been made, 2 ladders and 2 surveying devices. Librarian, Bill Steele claims that Steve has 1000 meters Down, Amethyst has Memoirs of a Famous French Speleologist.  Bill talked about several books we have in our library.  Chair, Vice-Chair and Treasurer were absent.

Old business: Tshirts, Ed is working on it.  BOG meeting donation discussion, talk about them not asking Grottos for the money.

New business: Natasha applied to join the grotto, Charles makes the motion, BIll Seconds, no opposition

Trip Announcements: Spring Creek Cave trips start up in November, Bill is planning a trip in the TAG area over Thanksgiving weekend, talk to him about either trip.

Trip Reports: Bill went caving last weekend, in one of his secret caves.  Real County, west of Kerrville, found a lot of breakdown, no real leads yet, he plans to go back.

Program: Cristina showed pictures and talked about Akiyoshidai, the biggest cave in Japan.
