The DFW Grotto is a group of cavers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area who pursue exploration, study, and conservation of caves in Texas and beyond.

The Grotto meets at REI, 4515 LBJ Fwy., Dallas. Meetings start at 6:45 p.m. the fourth Wednesday of each month. (Exceptions are November, which is the third Wednesday; and December, when there is usually a holiday party instead of a meeting.) Meetings include trip reports, announcements, and notice of upcoming caving trips, followed by a presentation such as a slide show, video, or demo. Intrigued by caving? Check us out. Visitors are welcome!

Upcoming meeting dates and programs:
February 27 - Jay Jordan shows a documentary on the movie Sanctum.
March 27 - Bill Steele and Diana Tomchick give an account of their recent trip to China
